Diamonds and the biggest recruitment in history!

A precious gem has arrived at Verseo – the Forbes Diamond! We were recognized by the competition jury for our consistent revenue growth year after year. This is a tremendous honor for us and confirmation that our chosen development direction is yielding tangible results. This year also marked a record-breaking recruitment year for our company – by June, we had welcomed 30 new people to the team!

Cleanup and new brand strategy!

In 2024, we focused on thoroughly streamlining our processes and customer journey, which translated into more coherent and efficient operations across the entire organization. We introduced a number of organizational improvements that simplified daily work and improved internal collaboration. We placed particular emphasis on team development, intensifying internal training and enhancing the competencies of our employees, which directly impacted the quality of our services. We culminated this dynamic period with the adoption of a new brand strategy, which sets an ambitious direction for the coming years.

First Impact Report

We're celebrating our 10th anniversary with a bang! We're publishing the industry's first impact report. This confirms our transparency policy—we write openly about things like average commissions, taxes paid, turnover, and charitable donations. We're sharing what creating an inclusive work environment means to us, our approach to the pay gap, and our established risk radar. Following its publication, a wealth of valuable content is appearing online, including interviews and podcasts with Verseo's CEO. Others are drawing attention to our innovative approach and activities that go far beyond the business sphere. For the second time in history, we've received recognition in the Poznań Entrepreneurship Leader competition. That's a long way to go, and the year isn't over yet!

2022

We stop pinching ourselves – we reach for everything

A new year... new office spaces (it's slowly becoming our tradition :)) and prestigious titles – including Microsoft Advertising Partner. We occupy a total of 1650 square meters , which accommodate our ever-growing ambitions. To reach beyond the eye and celebrate success at the top, together with our clients. We are launching an exclusive guidebook, Verseo AdBook 2022. Total proceeds – 40 PLN – are donated to charity. We close the year with revenues of over 43 million PLN.

2021

Even more space for innovation and… specialists!

Contrary to earlier expectations, we're expanding the space with additional rooms. 1300 square meters is enough space to create comfortable working (and relaxing!) conditions for nearly 120 professionals . There's also plenty of room on the walls for accolades—including a key Google partnership, additional certificates confirming competencies, and awards won in key industry competitions.

2020

New website, new markets, new headquarters

Another move, and this time—we hope—for longer. 🙂 850 square meters, colors, conference rooms, 5 kilometers of cables, hundreds of liters of paint—in short: it's beautiful! We're also expanding into new markets , and we've spiced it all up with a new website—the one you're currently on. 🙂

2019

Implementation of the 360 marketing idea

Expanding the SEO department and creating a completely new Facebook Ads department, which complemented Verseo's offerings with social media activities—both organic and paid. This allows us to serve clients across virtually every aspect of online advertising. 2019 was also a record year for new client acquisitions— 459 new companies trusted us!

Strategic Partnerships

Establishing and developing technological partnerships. Establishing a dedicated Strategy and Optimization department to ensure the highest quality of services. Expanding the internal marketing department and expanding the team of certified Google Ads specialists. We now have 70 on board!

2017

Rapid acceleration

The division was established – Krzysztof, responsible for technology and development; Mateusz, managing sales and mundane matters. The move to a 300-square-meter office. The team grew to 50 people . Since 2017, we can boast the largest team of certified Google specialists in Poland.

2016

Proprietary VCM optimization platform

Completion of development of a proprietary VCM optimization platform using machine learning algorithms. Achievement of the highest possible partnership with Google. Collaboration numbers reach double digits for the first time.

2015

Rising star

Qualification for the Google Rising Stars program, designed for the world's most dynamically developing performance agencies. Renting our first 40-square-meter office. Cramped, but our own. We're slowly starting to look for someone to help.

2014

Something moved

After a few months, it became clear that gaining knowledge and educating clients was starting to pay off. Profit from a few hundred złoty a month grew to 3-4 złoty. We still remember the first SEO contract we signed, for 80 złoty. It was a significant milestone for us. That client is still with us today. And we haven't raised that fee yet. The team still consists of Krzysztof and Mateusz.

Student dorm, first laptop and customer service phone.

We didn't have a garage to follow the path of big American startups, but we did have a dorm room. Back then, buying a laptop and phone was a huge investment, and getting from bed to the office took two steps. We had 10 square meters to house all our plans, visions, and desires. The team consists of Krzysztof and Mateusz.
