In recent months, the Allegro platform has introduced numerous new features and customer conveniences to its offerings, adapting to the ever-changing needs of the e-commerce market . This time, it decided to meet the expectations of business users and gave recipients access to a new account type – Allegro Biznes.

Allegro Biznes is a new platform dedicated to corporate purchases. Its appearance and shopping options are similar to the standard version. Allegro, however, it contains a lot of conveniences and additional functions that favor B2B online sales.

Allegro, however, doesn't clearly separate its standard platform from its business-specific platform, meaning that individuals running their own businesses have a full range of options. Business accounts can still benefit from features like the Smart! package, the Buyer Protection Program, and individual purchases. Selling from such an account allows you to reach both business and individual customers.
Customers who use Allegro Biznes have access to additional features, including more precise filters that allow them to more quickly find the product that best suits their needs. Filtering options not available to private users include, for example, the option to display only offers from sellers who invoice buyers for purchased products. As with a standard account, Allegro Biznes users have access not only to auctions with the "Buy Now" option but also to auctions based on bidding.
The most important information for sellers
The implementation of the new platform also provides additional opportunities for Allegro sellers. Sellers can now:
- reach business and individual customers with the same offers,
- add net prices in your offers,
- add VAT rates,
- set wholesale price lists,
- offer discounts on large orders only for entrepreneurs,
- activate deferred payment for companies.
Additionally, as part of B2B sales, Allegro has prepared several promotions for sellers who decide to adapt their offers to business customers.
A 25% discount on featured listing commissions and 200 free 10-day featured listings are just some of the promotions available to sellers. Allegro Biznes offers simple terms for entrepreneurs to take advantage of these bonuses – to participate in the program, sellers simply need to add parameters useful to B2B customers (such as net prices, wholesale discounts, etc.) to their listings, activate deferred payments, and accept the terms and conditions of the offer. Deferred payment at Allegro Biznes – how does it work?
Deferred payment is a beneficial service for both the seller and the buyer. Business customers can defer invoice payment by 21, 40, or even 60 days, with the former option incurring no fees. Sellers, in turn, don't have to worry about losing their liquidity – they receive payment for goods immediately after the order is shipped or delivered to the customer, depending on the transaction amount.
Activating a business account on Allegro Biznes
If a user doesn't yet have an activated account on the platform, they can create a company profile by completing a simple form. Simply enter your login details, such as your email address, password, and phone number, and provide your company's Tax Identification Number (NIP). The system automatically downloads data from the Central Statistical Office.
An existing private account can only be converted to a business account in certain situations. Allegro Biznes allows this option for users who are sole proprietors, owners of a single-member limited liability company, or those who have a business as a division of a business incubator. These platform users can start selling on a B2B basis by clicking the "convert your account to a business account" button in their account settings.
Allegro also offers the Allegro Ads advertising system , which enables better exposure of offers – both in the form of sponsored offers and graphic ads.
