From day one, you'll be immersed in our operations – taking over processes and learning how this area works in practice. We don't audit in isolation! At the same time, your goal is to map processes and identify opportunities for automation with the support of our programmer.

What will you be doing with us?

Audit, automation and AI solutions are the starting priorities

Mapping and streamlining: Identifying places in the administrative and financial area where time is wasted on unnecessary manual work and translating it into specific tasks for the implementation programmer (you need to understand what is technically possible to know what to outsource)
Modern tools: Implementing AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into the team's daily processes
Optimization Culture: Initiating improvements on an ongoing basis – for us, audit and development are a habit, not a one-time action.

Area Coordination:

No “dropped” topics: Ensuring that all financial and administrative processes run like clockwork and that no topic slips through your fingers.
Communication and de-escalation: Serving as a "translator" connecting the specifics of law, accounting, and business. Ensuring smooth dialogue with the Management Board, the accounting office, and the company's project areas.
Distributing new tasks within the team, prioritizing, and liaising with the rest of the organization on financial and administrative matters

Operational support for processes and settlements:

Coordination of work (partly independent, partly delegated to a team, accounting office or law firm):
Supervision of current documents (suspending and transferring contracts between guardians, terminations, assignments, annexes).
Checking the correctness of cost and sales invoices, handling corrections, verifying settlements in Comarch Optima and Saldeo, working with bank statements.
Supervision of the debt collection process – ensuring receipts and repayment deadlines while respecting partnership relations.
Contact with the accounting office – verification, clarification of discrepancies, confirmation of balances.
Verification of payroll reports for B2B collaborators (payments, transfer packages).
Cooperation with the law firm on formal and legal matters

What do we expect from you?

Essential:

Practical experience: At least 2–3 years in a similar position in finance, accounting or administration, combined with coordinating team work or processes.
Hard accounting and tax knowledge: Practical knowledge of the Accounting Act to a degree that allows for free and substantive dialogue with the accounting office and the Management Board – you understand the records, you know what to ask and you can verify the answer
Knowledge of systems: Practical skills in working in the Comarch Optima and Saldeo environment (we do not teach their use from scratch).
Automation and AI work habits: You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) or solutions like Make/Zapier in your daily work and can provide specific examples of their use. You understand what can be automated and can translate it into a specific task for a programmer.
Black Belt in Excel / Google Sheets: Pivot tables, complex formulas and working with large data sets are this is your standard, not a challenge
Interpersonal maturity: High personal culture, assertiveness, ability to set boundaries and a solution-oriented approach
Flexibility: Openness to change and lack of rigid attachment to established procedures.
English language: At least B1 level (for comfortable work with documentation).

Welcome:

Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or similar workflow automation tools
Experience in an agency or service company
Knowledge of HubSpot
Interest in financial controlling and budgeting – this is the direction in which we want to develop this area; if you have ambitions in this direction, there will be room to build it
