Key areas of activity

Designing, optimizing, and implementing new solutions for Verseo websites, stores, and applications
Designing mockups and templates that form the basis for developer tasks
Conducting CRO and UX audits
Data analysis from Google Analytics 4, Hotjar/Clarity, heatmap, user session recordings, and CRM
Analyzing conversion funnels and identifying the biggest loss areas
Formulating research hypotheses, designing and conducting A/B tests
Tracking CRO, UX, and online sales psychology trends
Collaboration with other Verseo partners: SEO, graphic designers, developers

What are we looking for?

At least 2–3 years of experience in CRO, UX research or web analytics, where CRO was your main area and not a background for other activities
Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests
Knowledge of user behavior analysis tools (Hotjar, Clarity or similar)
The ability to read data and draw practical business conclusions from it
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and the psychology of persuasion (e.g. Nielsen's heuristics)
Experience in e-commerce projects or in implementing and designing websites and online stores
End-to-end process design skills, from concept through implementation to results analysis
Freedom in a dynamic environment and a flexible approach to priorities
English language at least at B1 level

Base revenues PLN 10,000–12,000 net + VAT (B2B contract)
Collaboration model: We believe in trust and complete flexibility. You can provide services from anywhere – from home, a café, or your favorite spot in the mountains. Your availability to the project team and clients, as well as your commitment to shared goals, are paramount. Note: * – for the first three months, we need you more in the office – onboarding is conducted on-site.
Office: Our Poznań office space remains open to you. This is where the most action takes place in terms of exchanging experiences and shared energy. We encourage you to visit regularly to build relationships and inspire each other.
Form of cooperation: B2B or contract of mandate for an indefinite period (for students up to 26 years of age with active student status).
Space for regeneration 30 paid days off from providing services per year.
